We now know that Justin has a thyroid problem. It caused his metabolism to be so slow that his kidneys could not function properly. Hence, they were not processing his water intake correctly making him dehydrated. He is feeling okay but still gets dehydrated easily which makes him feel sluggish a lot. He went to the doctor today and has two new medicines to take that will hopefully help correct the thyroid problem. He didn't end up having the biopsy because the doctor determined there were no long term effects.

In other news, we're going to the Mavs game tonight to see them take on Shaq and the Heat. Should be a lot of fun!

I don't really know what to say in this comment. I'm glad that it's nothing too serious. I'm glad that you get to go see the Mavs.

Brenda has a thyroid problem too, kinda wierd that we both married people with thyroid problems. Brenda tried to have her problem fixed with radiation treatment, they accidentally destroyed it instead of fixing it. Now she takes pills for it! Fun Stuff!!

That *is* good news about Justin. Well, good news is perhaps a weird way to say that it is better that it was not more serious. Anyway, just take care of him. Maybe you should let him out of all house work, yard work, and maybe even work work.
