Fatty

Last night was quite a let down. Well, actually the past week was a let down in terms of the Mavs. But I guess we had a good run and we certainly had a good time watching! We watched alot of the games over at Lindsay's house. Here is a picture of me and her fatty orange cat, Bentley. It turns out he is quite the Dirk fan as well.

I went to Waco yesterday to take 28 state sales and use tax returns to the client to get signatures and checks. I spent most of the few days before that preparing them. This is part of my new diversified path. My new SALT client is Curves and I get to do all kinds of things for them like these returns once a month and all the state income/franchise returns. Should be a good experience. I've already learned alot.

Woo-Hoo: I got Tin Star queso for lunch!

Boo: I hate the HEAT!

I felt that it was time to update but there is not alot going on here. We had a nice weekend. Friday, we went to see Chris Cagle at Cowboy's Red River. A guy at Justin's office gave him four tickets. So Lindsay, Paul, Justin and I all went. Sunday we went to the arts festival downtown and looked around the DMA for awhile. Then it was too hot to walk around outside so we went on home. Last night we watched the Mavs win again! This week I am still at Wyndham which probably means a long week.

Woo-Hoo: I can feel a finals victory not to far away!

Boo: I've got a bad case of the Monday's

Go Mavs!!!!

Yeah, the Mavericks are now the Western Conference Champions! It has been a long road full of late nights but now it is worth it. My sleep deprived state from faithfully watching 3 rounds of the playoffs is not in vain! I got a new Dirk top to celebrate the victory. It only cost $15 since I got a youth size. I had been wanting it but decided to wait to until next season. But after Saturday night, I thought why not??? I can't wait to wear it on Thursday as we watch the Mavs take on Shaq and the Heat.

I know Uncle Randy was being nice but take that Tim Thomas.

Isn't he cute??

Memorial Day

Wow! We had a wonderful weekend. I had Friday off so I went shopping and then laid out by pool. Then on Saturday, we drove down to San Antonio to begin our fun weekend. We stayed at the Emily Morgan hotel on the riverwalk. We had a great time hanging out downtown on Saturday. On Sunday, we went to New Braunfels and floated down the Guadalupe. As always, that was a blast! We got back on Monday and prepared for the week. I'll let the pictures tell the rest of the story.

Woo Hoo: We had a wonderful weekend that may tide me over until July 4th (my next day off).

Boo: Mavs lost last night and Dirk forgot to show up for the game.
