Wow, who knew it had been almost a week since I last posted. I am assuming my lack of posting can be attributed to the fact that nothing much has happened since then. I got to go shopping this weekend and finally spend some of my Christmas money. I got two tops and some new boots for work.

I wore one of my tops and my boots out Saturday night for my friends birthday. We went to Blue Mesa for dinner which was delicious. It is Mexican but not your usual Mexican. I just love it when I have something new to wear so I don't have to pick something from the same ole things.

I made Justin a mahi-mahi dish last night and made my half with chicken. It was a delicious island inspired recipe. The cooked bananas were the best part. I think Justin thoroughly enjoyed it since he cleaned his plate in record time! Then we walked up to Walmart to pick up some dessert. I bet you wish you could walk to Walmart from your house. It has always been a secret want of mine :) But to be fair, it is only a neighborhood market not a Super-Walmart.

I love wearing new clothes too, it's just great! You should come to our house, then you could walk to a *real* Wal-Mart. :)

I know that I take a long time to choose which clothes to wear. In my defense though, I do sometimes wear new shirts pretty soon after I get them.

The boots are cute and you looked very cool in them on Sunday. Hope your week goes well and you feel good.

Cute boots. What do your tops look like? Also, we should go to Blue Mesa sometime for dinner. I think they have some good weeknight specials!

You said you wore one of your tops and your boots. OK, which one? Your top or your boots? Or maybe you meant just one top and one boot.

Wow! So Justin cleans his own plate? And then you clean everything else? Aren't you nice?
