A Real Snow Day

Well, yesterday we had a real snow day. It caught me by surprise. My alarm went off yesterday morning and was on the radio as usual. Justin Frozell(the DJ) was listing all the school closures. I looked outside and sure enough everything was covered. So I listened to my voicemail and EY had decided to close the office for the day. So I called the client to make sure he didn't want me to drive to Frisco. He said to stay put because I was of no use to him in a ditch on the side of the road somewhere. I did a lot of packing in the morning. Oh yeah, we are moving on Saturday. Then I went in to the office after lunch and did a bunch of sales tax returns that are due on Monday. I was going to have to do them this weekend so it worked out well. I was about the only one in the office. Most of the lights were out and only Sandra (my boss) was there. But I didn't have to stay that long. I went home about 5:30. Then we had to get Justin to the doctor. He got two shots, an antibiotic, and musinex. Hopefully, he will be feeling better soon. And hopefully, next time I post we will be moved and have a new car.

I tried to comment yesterday, but it wouldn't work! I wish we could have a snow day! Hope Justin gets better and that you have a successful move!

Oh, wow! You're moving! We didn't realize you had found a house that met all the criteria. Where is it? Sorry you're sick, Justin. Mind your mommy, and take your meds so you can help her move!! We love you.

Shots aren't cool. Tell Justin that I feel for him.

You cannot move yet. You haven't posted anything about the long search, the discovery, the pre-move-in photos. Nothing. Come on, girl. Search for jobs and houses are marathons, not sprints. Let us see something of the prep work. Goodness gracious. Didn't your momma teach you anything?
