In other news, I finished the second book in the Twilight saga. I told Justin this morning I was going to wait to buy the third until maybe this weekend. He laughed at me saying he thought I was going to say I was going to wait a little longer. The weekend seems like a long wait to me though.

I went to Waco for recruiting last night and we didn't get home until a little before midnight so I am exhausted today. Other than that, it is just another week.

Twilight

We are about to leave for church...but in the meantime, I will post. Yesterday, I ran 15 miles. The furthest I have run in over a year since I was training for the Arizona marathon. Justin ran 8 miles, the furthest he has EVER run! We were both tired yesterday but still managed to cheer the Mavs on to victory over the Spurs! Today we are only a little sore. After my run, I had to write my annual self-review and 4 reviews of staff. It took me about 4 hours. Not bad. Now I only have one staff review left to write today. I hate writing reviews. I know it is important but it is hard and time consuming.

Lately, I have become obsessed with the Twilight series. I am half way through the second book. Justin hates the books b/c I am obsessed and ignore him while he watches TV at night. But I can't help it. I even have trouble working b/c I want to be reading about Edward, the vampire. I know...it is sad.

What have I been up to since my last post...

1. A squirrel sacrificed itself last Friday on our power line just as I was getting out of the shower. I heard it die. No power for about an hour...late to work...dead squirrel in the yard.
2. Ran 56 miles
3. Watched Baylor make it to the NIT championship and lose :(
4. Saw the grandparents 2 weekends in a row.
5. Saw my Aunt and Uncle :)
6. Worked 127 hours. We keep a time sheet I'm not that anal.
7. Cheered for 5 hours straight at a marathon with TNT.
8. Bought a running skirt online but had to return it. I am now waiting on a different size. It is so cute, pink and black with pockets. See the picture except mine is going to be hot pink.



And that pretty much covers the highlights of the past 2 weeks. Sad but true.
