New Blog Design

Last night I had a blog designing, gymnastics watching party all by myself while Justin played volleyball for literally 5 hours. My blog turned out nicely I think :) I have a few more things I want to add but it is mostly done. Let me know if the formatting doesn't show up correctly on your screen. I have a wide screen laptop and it looks good on mine. But if it doesn't look good on other screen sizes...I will try to adjust the template.

The gymnastics turned out not so nicely...but I guess we should be happy with silver.

I also did my Kathie Smith lower body sculpting workout. I knew this 12 minute workout was a killer. I remember being a little sore every time I do it even if I do it consistently. Well, I haven't done it in a long time. But I figured my legs were still strong from running. I was wrong. I can barely walk today. I am trying to build up my leg strength through this video and hill training so I will be ready for the California hills in November. I have more running and training stories...our season started a couple of weeks ago...but I won't bore you to much with the details of my salt intake during long runs :)Just know that I think I figured out a way to run in the Texas heat and humidity for over 5 miles without having a headache for the rest of the day and I am VERY excited about it! It worked last week and I will test it again this week to make sure it wasn't a fluke.

Wow! It took me 12 minutes just to read your post, and my eyes are still a little sore. So many colors, shapes, words. It's a wonder you are not cross-eyed. Or maybe you are ;)

I would think if you could stretch the yellow behind the text or possibly change the size of your text box so that it would only show up on the yellow background it would make the posts much easier to read. Nice colors though!

Zachary and I use Firefox 3. I will ask him about it and see what he says about making it look right on all browsers

Lindsay, it looks like you are using a CSS layout. IE6 does a terrible job of reading CSS! There are workarounds that make the page readable by IE6 as well as all other browsers, but it requires additional coding specific to IE6. Unfortunately, I don't know any easy way around this. If you would like to try it, you can search online for info on how to do this. Sorry!
